We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounting Assistant to support daily accounting operations and general office administration. This role combines bookkeeping, payroll support, inventory tracking, and administrative coordination while assisting the Accounting Supervisor with ongoing projects. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Prepare bank deposits, process online payments, and perform general ledger reconciliations
• Support payroll activities, including timesheets and supplemental wage calculations
• Assist with HR administration such as onboarding, benefits documentation, and employee records
• Oversee physical inventory counts, write‑offs, and gift card tracking
• Handle general office administration, mail, and supply ordering

• 2+ years experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support
• Proficiency with accounting software and online banking systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while managing shifting priorities
• HR experience and hospitality or service‑industry experience are a plus
