Job Description

Shaken, stirred, or with a salted rim- you know how to fill a glass. But it’s not just the drink; it’s the conversation that keeps patrons coming back. Friendly, fun, and perfectly paced, you juggle spirits both liquid and lively while creating a welcoming bar experience. Our bartenders are truly top shelf.

As a Bartender you will:

  • Deliver friendly, attentive service to ensure a great guest experience.
  • Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
  • Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service.
  • Accurately process guest orders and handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Maintain bar stock levels and assist with inventory and restocking.
  • Keep the bar area organized, stocked, and ready for service at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to support smooth service.
  • Set up and break down the bar for opening and closing shifts.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and local alcohol regulations.

Qualifications

  • ABC Certification required within 30 days of Hire, must be maintained on a current/valid status.
  • Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol.
  • High school diploma or general education degree GED.
  • The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Follow instructions without close supervision.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
