Concrete Construction Laborer

Earn a steady, hands-on career working on real concrete construction projects—not just light residential work. If you're looking for consistent hours, physical work, and the chance to build real structures that last, this is the place to do it. We are seeking a Concrete Construction Laborer to join our team and perform hands-on concrete construction work on commercial and structural projects. This role involves physical labor, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently as part of a crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform physically demanding construction tasks including lifting, climbing, walking, bending, and material handling.
  • Prepare, place, and finish concrete including hand digging, screeding, floating, and troweling.
  • Operate tools and equipment such as jackhammers, drills, pumps, compressors, and generators.
  • Break up concrete or pavement as needed for demolition and repair work.
  • Position, align, join, and seal structural components such as concrete wall sections and piping.
  • Assist with framing of wood and metal structures.
  • Install steel sidewall and roof panels, along with sheet metal trim and accessories.
  • Ensure service vehicles, tools, trailers, and equipment are maintained in safe and working condition.
  • Perform routine maintenance including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites, including tool and material storage.
  • Follow instructions from Foremen, Project Managers, and Division Managers.
  • Read and follow warning signs, safety labels, and equipment instructions.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Safety & Expectations
  • Follow all company safety rules and procedures at all times.
  • Attend all required safety meetings and training sessions.
  • Demonstrate strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism.
  • Take initiative to learn new skills and develop leadership abilities.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Work Schedule
  • Monday – Thursday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Friday 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
  • Hours may vary based on project needs.
Pay & Benefits
  • $23.00–$34.00/hour, based on experience and skill level.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Company-paid life insurance.
  • Paid time off.
  • Profit sharing.
  • Employee discounts.
  • Training and advancement opportunities.
Who Should Apply

This position is a great fit for individuals who enjoy hands-on, physical work and take pride in building durable concrete structures that last. You'll do well here if you are reliable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor construction environment. We especially encourage applications from people with experience in:

  • Concrete work (finishing, forming, or laboring).
  • General construction or heavy construction labor.
  • Carpentry or framing crews.
  • Excavation or site prep work.
  • Road construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Masonry or hardscaping.
  • Farming or other physically demanding outdoor work.
  • Equipment operation or construction support roles.

We work year-round and are committed to providing steady employment with no seasonal layoffs, offering consistent opportunity and stability for dependable team members.
