A growing and dynamic legal team in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Contract Attorney with experience in real estate and construction law to support increased demand driven by the region's rapid development. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for flexible, project-based work with a steady pipeline of matters.

Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and negotiate real estate and construction-related agreements
• Support residential and commercial real estate closings
• Assist with zoning, land use, and development matters
• Conduct legal research and provide guidance on construction and real estate issues
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure timely project completion
• Handle due diligence, title review, and related transactional tasks

Qualifications:

• Active Florida Bar license in good standing
• 2+ years of experience in real estate and/or construction law
• Strong knowledge of Florida real estate transactions, zoning, and development processes
• Experience with residential and commercial closings preferred
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a high-demand environment
