What You’ll Do

This role blends customer service with order coordination. You’ll work directly with customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth order process from start to finish.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Process and manage customer orders in internal systems
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, and production teams
• Provide updates on order status, timelines, and changes
• Assist with quotes, order adjustments, and issue resolution
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and related systems

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of customer service, administrative, or office support experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using systems like Excel, CRM, or ERP platforms
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Team player with a proactive, customer-first mindset

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience in manufacturing or order processing
• Familiarity with Salesforce or ERP systems
• Ability to read basic engineering drawings
