Senior Associate, Financial Due Diligence

They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals. Those in financial due diligence at PwC will focus on providing strategic advice and business diligence services to clients in their mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. You will be responsible for analyzing financial information focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows and other key client deal issues.

The Opportunity
As part of the Acquisition Advisory team you are expected to provide financial due diligence and other transaction-related services to large company and private equity fund clients. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You are expected to focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and technical skills.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience

Travel Requirements
Up to 60%

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
