They independently manage a portfolio of 12–15 campaigns, monitoring performance, pacing budgets, and continuously testing audiences, creative, and offers to improve outcomes. This role is highly client‑facing, requiring regular communication of campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations in a clear, consultative manner. They collaborate cross‑functionally with creative, sales, account management, and operations teams to ensure campaigns align with advisor goals, while also evaluating landing pages and providing CRO recommendations to improve conversion rates.
