Strategic Leader For Project Management And Installation

We're seeking a strategic, people-focused leader to oversee both our Project Management and Installation teams. This role is responsible for driving seamless project deliveryfrom planning and budgeting to installation and customer sign-offwhile ensuring exceptional service, strong communication, and consistent profitability.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the Project Management and Installation departments.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
• Improve workflows, communication, and coordination between office and field teams.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, performance metrics, and revenue forecasts.
• Support installation operations including subcontractor management, inspections, and field problem-solving.
• Build high-performing teams through coaching and accountability.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Production, and Operations to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

• 57+ years of leadership experience in project management, construction, installation, and/or operations.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, schedules, and complex workflows.
• Ability to read drawings and understand installation processes (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and comfort with fast-changing environments.
• Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
