The Director - Project develops and implements a plan to deliver the required project and services in the most effective and efficient manner possible, with the support of the project teams and input from external stakeholders. This position is responsible for managing all company contacts with new and existing clients. The Director - Project may oversee a single large project or multiple projects. This position is responsible for generating business, negotiating contracts, estimating, bidding, profit/loss of assigned projects, and supervision of project staff.

Director - Project Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years track record of delivering on-time projects.
  • 10+ years of experience maintaining or exceeding planned profit targets for projects.
  • 10+ years creating and maintaining a culture of safety.
  • 10+ years' experience developing a culture of quality assurance and control.
  • 10+ years managing and developing successful teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree Construction Management/Engineering or 8 years equivalent experience plus a minimum of 12 years prior relevant experience.
