Claims Management Incorporated is a company that provides paralegal services for attorneys who handle cases for injured people who may have a case against the party that injured them. Claims Management prides itself on providing entry-level opportunities for people attempting to start a career in the personal injury/claims management field. We are less concerned with applicants’ experience in the field and more concerned with finding intelligent, motivated, talented individuals to bring on board.

The professionals that make up the Claims Management team play a pivotal role in the services we provide to our clients. We are looking for paralegals/case managers to handle damage documentation, client contact, case management and other administrative tasks associated with management of a personal injury claim.

The paralegal/case manager position performs a variety of services necessary to personal injury case management to include:

· procurement and review of medical records

· letter preparation

· basic accounting

· regular client contact

· assurance that clients receive their insurance benefits

· interface with attorney clients, their staff, and referral sources

· additional tasks as required by the case

Job details:
Willing to train the right person
Position is full time 8:00am – 5:00 pm, Mon - Fri (hours are flexible)

(flexible start times depending on department needs)

 

Compensation: Pay subject to experience and can range from $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, increasing with tenure and promotions in lead roles.

 

Bonuses: Bonuses are based on team performance and range depending on tenure. (Average bonus is an additional $1.50 - $4.00+)

 

Annual increase, job starts at minimum $20.00/hr plus bonuses and benefits after 90 days ( bonuses are based on team efforts, not just individual performance )
