Home Suite Home Property Management is seeking General Cleaners.
V arious Opportunities: Part Time/Temporary.

Home Suite Home Property Management manages the Centro Villa25 commercial site (32,500 square foot warehouse and office building with an additional 12,500 square foot expansion). The commercial site market features twenty kiosk-style micro-retail spaces, commercial kitchen, business innovation center and co-working space, office space for various Latino neighborhood-serving organizations, outdoor plaza with restaurant, and a community gathering space for arts & culture programming.

We have immediate openings for General Cleaners for cleaning services at the Centro Villa 25 commercial site on W. 25 in Cleveland. Various opportunities available for a part-time temporary assignments for events and back up support when needed. Various hours available based based on site needs.

The ideal candidate will perform a variety of duties to maintain the cleanliness of the facility including office spaces, lobby areas, break rooms, bathrooms, meeting spaces and other common areas both inside and outside of the building, in accordance with standards, instructions, and procedures as provided a Team Lead or Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Age 16 years or older. If 15 years old, will require work permit.
• General cleaning experience with residential/apartments and commercial properties preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and technique, preferred.
• Bilingual-Spanish speaking a plus.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check, including criminal history.
• Customer service focused with a friendly, courteous, and caring demeanor.
• Must be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as a part of a team.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
• Must have attention to detail, pride in delivering excellent service and high levels of energy and endurance.
• Ability to walk for extended periods of time, as well as bend, stoop, push, pull and lift up to 30 lbs.
