In tax consulting and advising at PwC, you will focus on offering consulting and advisory services to clients on various tax matters. You will provide advice and guidance on tax planning, compliance, and strategy, helping businesses optimise their tax positions and navigate complex tax regulations.

As part of the Global Network Tax team, you will be an integral part of navigating tax risk management for the entire network. As a Manager, you will inspire and develop your team while leveraging your knowledge in U.S. tax matters to deliver exceptional solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with diverse work streams, from compliance management to remediation, all while enhancing your leadership skills and contributing to the success of our firm. This role combines tax and risk within U.S. tax confines and is essential to ensure the network manages US tax consequences effectively.

Responsibilities include fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovative thinking, maintaining adherence to quality standards and timelines in every deliverable, analyzing and addressing global partnership risk matters effectively, and promoting continuous learning and development within the team.

What you must have includes a bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience. What sets you apart includes demonstrating knowledge of domestic and international tax, understanding U.S. federal tax entity classification rules, knowledge of Partnership Tax Accounting or Tax Law, managing diverse assignments and projects, analyzing complex ideas and building recommendations, working with subject matter specialists on tax issues, innovating through new technologies and digitization solutions, and creating a positive working environment for team members.

Travel requirements are up to 20%. The salary range for this position is $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
