This is a full-time, in-office role based in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California. Hybrid or remote is not available. We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Entry-Level Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced, agency-style marketing team supporting two luxury real estate brokerages and more than 80 real estate agents. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys production design, and takes pride in delivering polished, high-quality marketing materials with exceptional client service. The Graphic Designer will primarily focus on production design for print and digital marketing materials including newspapers, magazines, postcards, flyers, brochures, email campaigns, and digital advertisements. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for layout, typography, branding consistency, and visual storytelling while managing multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment. Because this role directly supports agents, leadership, and internal departments, excellent communication and professionalism are essential. Candidates must be comfortable interacting with clients and colleagues via phone, email, and in person while maintaining a sophisticated and service-oriented approach.
