POSITION SUMMARY

• Competitive Salary + Commencement Bonus + Retention Bonus
• Monday Friday 8 am EST to 5 pm EST
• NO CALL, NO EVENINGS, NO OVERNIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS & NO HOLIDAYS
• 210 shifts per year
• 8 Weeks of PTO in year 1; 9 Weeks at partnership 
• 44 total RVU per day required (IR + diagnostic)
• 1-year partnership track position 
• PACS technology is Clario/Intelerad with Powerscribe dictation

Full-time employees are also eligible for a generous commencement bonus, retention bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. Additionally, we offer an internal moonlighting program with exceptional flexibility, enabling radiologists to work remotely from home as much or as little as they choose.

 

 

LOCAL PRACTICE AND COMMUNITY OVERVIEW

 

Radiology Affiliates Imaging (RAI) has served patients and clients in the community for over 50 years.  RAI is one of the most stable and respected radiology practices in the region and have been members of the Radiology Partners (RP) team since 2019.  In the last year, RP has infused national resources to modernize practice workflow, drive physician satisfaction, improve work-life balance and create flexible partnership opportunities.   

 

Today, Radiology Affiliates Imaging (RAI) is a modernized and attractive practice: 

• Added state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence tools, including RecoMD and Aidoc
• Revamped workflows and scheduling to increase flexibility and work-life balance
• Implemented a best-in-class unified reading platform to integrate all physicians in the practice
• Added remote reading from home workstations

Holy Redeemer Hospital is located in Meadowbrook, Pennsylvania, a desirable suburban community in Montgomery County just outside of Philadelphia. The area offers a family-friendly environment with strong public schools, parks, and established neighborhoods, while providing convenient access to downtown Philadelphias dining, cultural attractions, and professional sports. With easy access to major roadways and SEPTA regional rail, Meadowbrook is an ideal location for candidates seeking suburban living with close proximity to a major metropolitan city.

 

Philadelphia is a city of vibrant neighborhoods bordered by a region of charming towns, with each area owning a distinctive personality. Here you will find storied streets, interesting attractions, buzzed-about restaurants and year-round activities. Visitors stepping outside the city limits find that the Greater Philadelphia region offers everything from public gardens, arboreta and miles of open space to acres of grape vines and specialty shops. RAI affiliated hospitals and imaging centers are located within 45 minutes of center city Philadelphia, allowing plenty of options for urban, suburban or rural living with multiple nearby top-tier universities.

 

 

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Osteopathy (DO) 
• Fellows and residents welcome to apply
• Board eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology 
• Fellowship trained in Interventional Radiology 
• PA license required to start. Additional state licenses (NJ, CT, FL) can be procured if desired to take advantage of moonlighting opportunities for other RP practices

 

COMPENSATION:

 

The salary for this position is $500,000 with earning potential up to $700,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
