Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Childrenswear Tailor to support our Lead Tailor in the production and alteration of custom garments. This role requires precision, discretion, and a deep understanding of garment construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Lead Tailor with the creation, alteration, and finishing of complex garments.
• Independently lead and complete garment projects from start to finish, ensuring high standards of quality and fit.
• Work with a wide range of fabrics and textiles, including delicate materials and leather.
• Support day-to-day operations in the studio, including preparation, fittings, and quality control

Qualifications:

• Solid experience in tailoring or garment construction for childrenswear
• Comfortable working with a variety of materials, including leather.
• Confident working under direction, but also capable of working independently when needed
• Able to handle both fast-paced deadline days and quieter production days with flexibility and professionalism
• Understands the importance of discretion and confidentiality in a studio environment.
