Position Overview As a Legal Recruiter at Gpac, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top legal professionals to meet our client needs. You will work closely with both law firms to understand their hiring needs, build relationships, and match the best talent with the right opportunities. Key Responsibilities Source and recruit top legal talent, including attorneys and legal support staff. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs. Screen and interview candidates to ensure a good fit. Guide candidates and clients through the offer and negotiation process. Stay up-to-date on legal industry trends and market demands. Qualifications Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the legal industry and various legal roles. Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience.
