This Manager – ServiceNow role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions. The role works closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, builds solutions that meet those needs, maintains and enhances existing applications, and troubleshoots and resolves issues as they arise. Key Responsibilities Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions accordingly. Stay current on the latest ServiceNow features and functionality. Communicate and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to document business processes that can be automated. Apply a user‑experience mindset to develop and deploy solutions. Participate in agile planning ceremonies to help define and prioritize ServiceNow work for upcoming sprints. Make mature, data‑driven decisions supported by thorough analysis. Share knowledge and best practices with the team through code reviews, pair programming, and training sessions. Mentor and train junior ServiceNow developers. Qualifications & Experience University degree or 7+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development. Proficiency with at least two of the following ServiceNow modules: IT Service Management (ITSM), HR Workforce/Service Delivery (HRSD), Service Portal, Virtual Agent/Now Assist. Experience supporting ServiceNow integration lifecycle management. Preferable certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS). Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Experience improving processes, structures, and knowledge within a team. Leadership in analyzing current states, delivering recommendations, and executing moderately complex solutions to completion. Focus on operational goals and alignment with the team’s vision. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $108,970 - $132,046 (Tampa, FL) Potential for incentive cash and stock opportunities based on eligibility. Health, dental, vision, and pharmacy coverage.
