WellSpan Health is seeking a board-certified/ board qualified family physician to join our outpatient family practice in West York. WellSpan is reimagining healthcare by utilizing  DAX ? Dragon Ambient experience -  an artificial intelligence scribe that ambiently listens to the patient visit and generates a clinical note into EPIC for the provider Contact us to learn more!

• Maintains a private practice at a location(s) within the Medical Group.
• Provides primary care family practice medical professional services to patients.
• Provides in-hospital patient care and consultations as required.

• Participates in Medical Staff activities as required and/or as requested.
• Observes the Bylaws and Rules and Regulations of the Hospital and the Medical Staff.
• Demonstrates a commitment to patient, visitor and staff by: complying with all applicable safety regulations; learning the impact of medical errors and methodology that will lead to reduction of errors; reporting actual and potential errors, as well as hazardous conditions; identifying opportunities to standardize processes and "error proof" systems that will lead to increased safety; and participating in safety education programs and root cause analyses as required.
• Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation.

• Performs other related duties as identified.

• Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or
• Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required and
• Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required

• Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine, or Board eligible. Upon Hire Required and
• Completion of a Family Medicine residency. Upon Hire Required

• Administrative skills.
