Job Description

Administrative Assistant

  • Greet clients and visiting staff at the front desk
  • Coordinate desk and office space for visiting staff
  • Answer phone calls and route calls to appropriate staff
  • Reserve conference rooms upon request from staff
  • Organize conference rooms, including equipment needed for conference calls and meetings
  • Manage catering orders and food and beverage needs
  • Scan incoming client documents and move workflows associated to client
  • Prepare FedEx and certified labels for shipping
  • Order and stock incoming supplies
  • Assist with local office event coordination
  • Assist/backup other administrative team members when needed

The qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Higher level of education/college coursework preferred
  • 2 or more years of experience working in an administrative or executive administrative role, preferably in professional services
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client service and the ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative while maintaining high confidentiality
  • Solid technical proficiency including knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Ability to be in the office five days/week

This is a non-exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.

The compensation range for this role in CO, IL, OH, and MA is: $20.70-$33.07.
