Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Experience (CX) Agent to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support through chat and email channels, ensuring every customer receives a smooth, professional, and friendly experience. You will act as the voice of our brand, helping to resolve customer issues, answer inquiries, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about communication, problem-solving, and delivering outstanding service in a digital environment. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat and email with professionalism and empathy. Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and tone consistency. Troubleshoot customer issues, escalate complex cases when necessary, and ensure timely resolution. Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to communicate recurring issues or product improvement opportunities. Follow company communication protocols, policies, and guidelines to ensure consistent customer experience. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and streamline service processes. Contribute to building a positive and customer-focused work culture. Required Skills and Qualifications Excellent written communication skills in English with a strong command of grammar and tone. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling multiple chat/email threads. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Proficiency with computers, email platforms, and customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom). Basic technical aptitude for troubleshooting common customer issues. High level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with sensitive customer situations. Experience Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a customer support, service desk, or similar remote role preferred. Freshers with excellent written communication skills and a strong desire to learn will also be considered. Working Hours Flexible remote schedule based on business needs. Candidates should be available to work rotational shifts , including weekends and holidays if required. Expected commitment: Full-time, 40 hours per week . Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong customer-centric mindset and problem-solving orientation. Ability to adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and procedures. Calm under pressure with excellent conflict resolution skills. Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and teamwork.
