Roofing - Project Manager - Quality Control Salty Dog Roofing and Siding is a growing roofing company specializing in residential and multi-family roofing and siding. We are looking for a motivated and organized Project Manager to oversee roofing projects from start to finish while ensuring quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Responsibilities: • Inspect completed and in-progress roofing installations for quality and compliance • Communicate with homeowners and subcontractors • Verify materials, workmanship, and installation methods meet company standards • Document inspections with photos and written reports • Perform job site inspections and ensure quality standards • Order materials and manage deliveries • Track project progress and maintain job documentation • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Qualifications: • Experience in roofing and/or construction • Strong work ethic • Strong communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects at once • Knowledge of residential roofing systems and siding systems • Valid driver’s license Compensation: $60,000+ yearly
