The ideal candidate will possess a robust military intelligence background, demonstrated cyber intelligence expertise, and a proven ability to operate within the Intelligence Community (IC) at the strategic and operational levels. This position requires a strong understanding of adversary cyber capabilities, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) as they relate to defending Department of Defense (DoD) networks, critical infrastructure, and national security systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a senior-level all-source intelligence analyst supporting USCC DCO mission sets, including network defense, threat hunting, and adversary characterization
  • Conduct Critical Factors Analysis (CFA) and Systems-of-Systems (SoS) analysis to identify adversary cyber capabilities, intent, and vulnerabilities targeting DoD networks and critical infrastructure
  • Analyze and assess centrality, criticality, dependability, and vulnerability of complex adversarial systems including government, military, and commercial entities
  • Produce, author, and publish finished intelligence products on classified networks in support of USCC operational planning and DCO decision-making
  • Leverage multi-INT collection (SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, GEOINT, FININT, CYBINT) to provide holistic threat assessments supporting DCO planning and operations
  • Identify, track, and analyze emerging cyber threats from peer and near-peer adversaries (China, Russia, Iran, DPRK) targeting U.S. networks and critical systems
  • Support targeting and effects planning by identifying critical nodes, vulnerabilities, and dependencies within adversary cyber infrastructure
  • Coordinate with interagency partners including NSA, DIA, CIA, and other IC elements to integrate intelligence into DCO operational frameworks
  • Brief senior leadership on threat assessments, intelligence products, and operational recommendations
  • Assist in the development of threat intelligence frameworks and future threat assessments relevant to the evolving cyber operational environment
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level intelligence analysts

* This position is designed to be flexible, with responsibilities evolving to meet business needs and enable individual growth.

Qualifications:

  • 20+ years of experience in U.S. military or IC intelligence operations
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with current Counterintelligence (CI) Scope polygraph
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Demonstrated experience as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst at the operational or strategic level
  • Proven expertise in cyber intelligence operations and DCO-focused intelligence support
  • Proficiency with JWICS and associated IC tools and databases
  • Experience with SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, GEOINT, and/or FININT collection and analysis
  • Demonstrated experience authoring and publishing classified intelligence products
  • Strong understanding of adversary TTPs within the cyber domain
  • Experience supporting DoD or IC customers at the combatant command level (e.g., USCC, CENTCOM, DIA, NSA)
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams of intelligence professionals
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Intelligence, International Relations, Political Science, Security Studies, or equivalent)

Preferred:

  • Prior service as a Military Intelligence Officer or senior NCO equivalent
  • Previous assignment at NSA, DIA, US CC, or equivalent IC agency
  • Experience with Systems-of-Systems (SoS) analysis and Critical Factors Analysis (CFA) methodologies
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal or FININT analysis tools
  • Experience in a diplomatic or interagency coordination role
  • Combat deployment experience with demonstrated application of intelligence in operational environments
  • Experience supporting CENTCOM, AFRICOM, or other geographic combatant commands
  • Knowledge of future threat analysis and emerging technology threats within the cyber domain
  • Graduate degree in International Relations, Strategic Intelligence, Cybersecurity, or related field
  • Completion of senior professional military education (PME) or equivalent IC training programs
  • Experience with executive leadership training programs or equivalent senior leadership development programs
