This position is 100% remote (you must be based in the United States). Responsibilities As a Senior Consultant, you will be a lead player on your account teams – working with junior colleagues and supporting your Account Directors to meet tactical and strategic needs, all of which will inform impactful business decisions for your clients. Your key responsibilities will include: Immersing yourself in not only the client’s business, but also the perspective of their customers, to bring relevant and strategic ideas and recommendations to your work Shaping project briefs, asking the right questions to define project objectives that will deliver meaningful results Developing project plans efficiently – to ensure objectives are met, timelines adhered to and team members are clear on their roles and contributions Designing a range of creative and rigorous market research approaches that yield deeply rich and human data Executing custom quantitative and qualitative research and other project methodologies, and honing research design and analysis skills Analyzing data from multiple sources (from first‑hand consumer responses to secondary knowledge) to tell compelling stories that highlight the ‘what, so what, and now what’ for our clients Writing persuasive reports and deliverables; displaying versatility in writing styles and formats (e.g., from quick team emails to C‑suite communications), effectively adapting your writing to diverse audiences Presenting insights to clients in an engaging and inspiring way, with an eye towards actionable next steps Managing and building relationships with clients on a day‑to‑day basis, with the long‑term goal of becoming a trusted advisor Collaborating regularly with your account teams, to ensure a diversity of perspective that elevates all work; inclusive of coaching junior team members on research design, project execution, research analysis & reporting, and client management Taking a consultative mindset, drawing from your experience and insights from other industries, projects and references to add depth to project work and relationships Qualifications We aspire to have all C Spacers bring their full selves to work.
