Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Consultant. The Senior Consultant is a recognized national expert in All Payer Claims Databases (APCDs), Multi Payer Claims Databases, Medicaid data, and/or other State health databases and is experienced in leading implementation projects. Reporting to a Principal Consultant, you will mentor and supervise 2-4 Project Managers and work closely with our clients in state governments and non-profits to design and efficiently implement health database initiatives to the highest quality standards, and then advise on how to leverage the collected data to develop analytics and visualizations that advance State priorities. We are looking for a leader who partners with our clients to set a project vision, clearly articulates each team member's role in achieving it, and drives the project forward while navigating evolving priorities. Your expertise in health data project design and management combined with your deep understanding of national health policy trends will be instrumental in delivering impactful solutions and expanding Freedman HealthCare's professional service offerings.
