Job Description

• 3-7 years experience
• Must have prior design experience at a big bank.
• Must be able to translate needs into design solutions
• Able to create wireframes and mock-ups resulting in creation of bare minimum to detailed, realistic, and interactive protypes.
• Must have hands on experience / familiarity with design tools (ex. Adobe Products, Sketch, Figma)
• Will be delivering concepts within collaboration across teams framing problems, determining insights, and defining visual designs to serve customer needs.
• Able to work with partners and teams across various geographies
• Will be participating in design workshops to connect and build alignment across partner teams.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and technology teams to determine business needs, then translating them into engaging and simple design solutions.
• Design within existing and create new standards to contribute to the team's internal design framework, best practices, and guidelines.
