About the Role:
As a Picker at Nellis Auction, you’re the final step before customers get their auction wins. You’ll be responsible for locating and retrieving purchased items quickly and accurately—making sure customers receive exactly what they’re expecting.
It’s a fast-paced, active role for someone who loves to stay moving and thrives in a team setting.
Schedule: 5:00 am - 5:30 pm Friday - Sunday

Pick and prepare sold items for customer pickup or delivery
Navigate the warehouse efficiently to locate items
Work safely and support your teammates
Help uphold the Nellis Auction Core Values through quality service

Requirements:Job Requirements:
1-2 years of inventory control experience preferred
Required to meet performance standards and KPI
Understanding of inventory control is required
High level computer skills, math skills and grammar skills
Excellent time management, communication and organization skills
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced
Ability to stand all-day and work in extreme temperatures
Warehouse experience is preferred
Bilingual is a plus!
Physical Demands:
The Picker position requires the following physical capabilities:
Standing/walking for Long Periods: Ability to stand and be on your feet for 10+ hours a day
Working in Extreme Weather Conditions: Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold
Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs independently and assist with team lifts of items heavier than 50 lbs as needed.
Team Lifting: Collaborating with other team members to safely move large and bulky items.
