Job Description

This is a hands-on delivery role responsible for managing projects end-to-end, from initiation through launch, while coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and implementation partners.

This is a 6-month assignment with a strong likelihood for extension. Consultants who can be onsite in Boston 2-3 days/week will be prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and launch across commercial technology initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and key deliverables (charters, timelines, stage gates).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure on-time delivery and alignment.
• Track and manage RAID logs, driving mitigation and escalation as needed.
• Monitor project schedules, dependencies, and resource needs, proactively addressing gaps.
• Facilitate project execution using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies, including coordination within tools such as JIRA.
• Deliver regular status reporting to stakeholders and leadership, tailoring communication to different audiences.
• Ensure alignment across related programs and stakeholders within the broader Commercial portfolio.

Qualifications

• BS Degree and 5+ years of PM experience within life sciences.
• Experience delivering commercial technology or digital initiatives, such as Veeva CRM, MarTech platforms (web, CDP, email), Master Data Management, or analytics solutions.
• Strong understanding of PMO methodologies, project delivery, and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience supporting product launches or commercial capability buildouts
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet, MS Project).
• Strong communication skills with experience providing status updates to both team-level and executive stakeholders.
