Entry-Level Litigation Paralegal

Location: Burlingame, CA

Position Type: Full-time | Onsite | Direct Hire

Compensation & Benefits: $65K to 80K per year DOE, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and more.

LHH is partnering with a fast-paced, mid-size plaintiff-side litigation law firm in Burlingame, CA, seeking an Entry-Level Litigation Paralegal to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented paralegal at the start of their legal career to gain hands-on experience supporting complex civil litigation matters on the plaintiff side. The firm handles a range of litigation matters and offers a collaborative environment with strong mentorship and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys with day-to-day litigation tasks across plaintiff-side matters
• Assist with discovery, including document review, organization, and production
• Help prepare and maintain case files, pleadings, exhibits, and correspondence
• Assist with drafting basic legal documents, discovery responses, and trial-related materials
• Conduct legal and factual research as needed
• Track deadlines, calendars, and case-related tasks to ensure matters stay on schedule
• Coordinate filings and assist with court submissions under attorney supervision

Qualifications:

• ABA‑approved Paralegal Certificate required
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply; prior litigation exposure is a plus but not required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with legal case management systems is a plus
• Professional, proactive, and eager to learn
