What You Will Do : - Folds and packs evacuation slides into compartments.
- Assembles and completes paperwork according to parts and part numbers.
- Verifies BOM's to parts received from stockroom.
- Conducts functional tests on all units to ensure quality standards are met including all preparatory work.
- Follows detailed packing instructions from packing manuals to completing functional tests and packing operations.
- Completes air retention tests and accompanying quality assurance paperwork.
- Inspects units for defects and repairs through appropriate procedures.
- Prepares units for final packing by weighing, recording the weight in computer program, and stenciling units.

Qualifications You Must Have: - Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
