Title: SAP EWM Consultant

Location: Memphis, TN (On-site)

Duration: 12 months +

Client: Johnson & Johnson

We are seeking a hands-on SAP EWM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Embedded EWM on SAP S/4HANA .

This role requires a hybrid skill set combining deep warehouse process expertise, configuration capability, and technical troubleshooting (ABAP/debugging/integration).

The ideal candidate has led or significantly contributed to at least one full-cycle implementation in a US-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Functional & Configuration

• Lead design and configuration within SAP Extended Warehouse Management
• Configure warehouse structure (Warehouse Number, Storage Types, Bins, Activity Areas)
• Configure:
• Warehouse Process Types (WPT)
• Warehouse Order Creation Rules (WOCR)
• Putaway & Picking Strategies
• Replenishment
• Physical Inventory
• Posting Change & Internal Movements
• Handling Unit Management
• Conduct business workshops and translate requirements into functional specifications

Technical & Integration

• Perform ABAP debugging and support enhancements
• Work with BAdIs and enhancement spots
• Support RF framework enhancements (ITS Mobile, logical transactions)
• Troubleshoot:
• qRFC queues (SMQ1/SMQ2)
• IDocs (WE02/WE05)
• Application logs (SLG1)
• Support integration with:
• MM & SD
• TM (Transportation Management)
• Automation/MFS (preferred)
• Collaborate with ABAP and integration teams for custom developments

Implementation & Support

• Participate in full lifecycle implementations
• Support data migration and cutover activities
• Provide hypercare and post-go-live support
• Develop test scripts and lead SIT/UAT
• Support production issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of SAP EWM experience
• At least 1–2 full-cycle EWM implementations
• SAP Supply chain experience, specifically with WMS, SD and OTC is required
• Expertise in the configuration and implementation of SAP EWM is required
• Strong experience with Embedded EWM in S/4HANA
• Solid understanding of warehouse execution processes
• Hands-on configuration experience
• Strong debugging skills in ABAP
• Experience working in US business environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
