Job Description

Senior Manager, Global MES Delivery – Tampa, FL Bristol Myers Squibb is hiring a Senior Manager, Global MES Delivery to support and develop our Enterprise Manufacturing Execution Systems (EMES) across the global manufacturing network. Duties Collaborate with IT and Business teams to understand requirements and develop solutions for EMES. Design, build, test, and deliver both standard and custom EMES capabilities across the global manufacturing network. Provide ongoing support to minimize disruptions to manufacturing operations and maintain product integrity. Support the administration of central EMES development and test systems while overseeing site‑specific development, test, and production environments. Contribute to the knowledge management strategy by creating content and mentoring team members. Identify and execute opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and systems. Promote compliance with data integrity and computer system validation requirements by adhering to regulations. Ensure changes are understood and their impact on the validated state of applications and infrastructure is effectively managed. Telecommuting permitted up to 50% of the time; up to 10% domestic travel required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Five (5) years of progressive post‑baccalaureate work experience in Computer Systems Analyst or related occupation. Experience utilizing Manufacturing Execution Systems, including Emerson Syncade. Experience designing, building, deploying, and supporting automation and execution systems in a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., Syncade, DeltaV, OSIsoft PI Data Historian). Application of batch manufacturing industry standards such as ISA S88 or S95. Validation of software in the Life Sciences industry ensuring compliance with regulations. Delivery of IT automation solutions. Compensation Overview Location: Tampa, FL – US: $174,454.00 – $214,940.00 per year. The starting compensation range applies to a full‑time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
