Tile Installer

Join Floor Coverings International of South Miami-Dade County as a Tile Installer, where you will play a crucial role in transforming spaces with beautiful tile installations. Responsibilities:

• Measure and cut tile to fit specific areas, ensuring precise installations.
• Prepare surfaces for tile installation, including cleaning and leveling.
• Mix and apply mortar and grout according to specifications.
• Install various types of tile, including ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone.
• Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Assist in project planning and timeline management to ensure timely completion.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a tile installer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Knowledge of tile types, installation techniques, and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments.
• Certification or training in tile installation is a plus.
